QODR is a QR code-based ordering system for restaurants and cafes. The service allows store owners and staff to manage menus, orders, and customer interactions through a web-based platform.
To use QODR, you must create an account with a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to use QODR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
We collect minimal personal information (email and phone number) from store owners and staff only. Customer orders are processed anonymously without collecting personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.
QODR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
QODR sends only transactional and notification emails such as order confirmations, account notices, and service updates. Marketing or promotional emails are not sent without explicit user consent. All emails include the sender identity and a reply-to address (qodr-info@nunchiai.com). We handle bounce and complaint feedback using Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS) to prevent future unwanted emails.
